The mission began with a simple institutional gap.

Organizations govern money, legal risk, cyber risk, compliance, and operations. But the human variables that determine whether organizations actually perform — leadership, communication, accountability, trust, health, financial stress, and execution — are often left fragmented, reactive, or unmanaged.

Human performance was being treated as a soft issue.
